England captain Harry Kane is grabbing headlines far from the football pitch this week. The Kane-backed Seat Unique platform just secured a major cash injection. Demand for premium live experiences is booming, and investors clearly want a piece.

Kane-Backed Seat Unique Secures £20 Million

Seat Unique has raised £20 million in new funding to help accelerate its international expansion. Nickleby Capital led the round, and it ranks among the UK’s top investors. Moreover, the firm has backed the company over the past three years. The deal was set for an official Monday announcement.

Sources also say Active Partners, Pentland Ventures and Hearst Ventures joined the round. As a result, the cash will speed up acquisitions and global expansion. Furthermore, the raise follows recent buys of P1 Travel and Circuit Hospitality.

Those deals bundle ticketing, hospitality and travel together. The company now targets £175 million in sales this year. Additionally, it markets official tickets rather than secondary resale inventory. Meanwhile, Kane sits among a star-studded list of backers. They include cricketer Ben Stokes and Olympic champion Jessica Ennis-Hill.

Kane Soaks Up Cowboy Culture in America

Off the pitch, Kane has been embracing American life with gusto. He recently joined teammates at a country music concert. The striker caught a set by Alabama-born singer Ella Langley. In fact, her single “Choosin’ Texas” reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 this year.

Kane is reportedly a serious country music fan himself. He has spun records from his collection in his hotel room. Earlier, he and his teammates sampled local barbecue, including a smoked minced meat delicacy. He even squeezed in a Kansas City Royals baseball game.

Therefore, Kane is balancing big business wins with cultural adventures abroad. His World Cup focus stays sharp, yet fans can expect the Kane-backed Seat Unique brand to chase bigger deals soon.
