The show follows a fictional football agent named Stanley Dalton. Homeland and Billions actor Damian Lewis, 55, plays the lead role. Meanwhile, cameras have already begun rolling, and Lewis was recently spotted filming at The Hive Stadium, the north London home ground of League Two club Barnet FC.
In addition, French football legend Thierry Henry, 48, will also appear in the series. Because Henry’s longtime agent Darren Dein, 52, originally pitched the concept, the story draws on real insight into the football agency world. As a result, the drama promises an authentic look behind the scenes of player transfers and contract negotiations.
